So sorry I haven't posted! I am still walking some everyday, but I slacked off some the first of last week. However, starting Thursday, I think I have walked at least a mile each day. Today, I think we got in 2 miles at least! :)
I finally bought a scale here. My husband is going to keep me accountable each week! Yay!
I have lost 10 lbs since we came here. I want to keep driving forward!
